I'm looking into software to help a client develop a balanced scorecard for their business (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Balanced_scorecard).

However, I'm not even sure what parameters I should be looking at when I look at different software options; http://www.2gc.co.uk/resources-swdb lists nearly 100 options.

What are people's favorite BSC software systems, and what should I be looking out for?
