Move distribution Lists from “Public Folders” to “Contacts” in Outlook

Question

I have several distribution lists in Public Folders section in my email account, however they are not as useful there because I am unable to forward emails to these lists.

Is there any way I can migrate these lists to be a part of my contacts folder.
