Good evening,

How do I convert a PPT to .docx [or .odt, or something!], in such a way as it will downsize all size all the text to "normal" font-sizes and page-sizes?

Thanks for all suggestions,

Alec Taylor

If it's just for sharing, maybe you can use a pdf-printer. You can't edit those, though. – Jouke van der Maas Nov 15 '11 at 19:00
Yeah, but that won't give it to me in an easy to read-multiple format. – A T Nov 16 '11 at 9:45
I have no idea what that means. – Jouke van der Maas Nov 16 '11 at 10:53
Downsized text, headers, and pushing as much as possible onto each A4 page. – A T Nov 16 '11 at 16:25
If you use a pdf printer, you can actually make powerpoint do the downsizing. Just check out the print dialog. – Jouke van der Maas Nov 16 '11 at 22:20
