I need a new laptop and i'm going to use it for normal desktop stuff, not lots of gaming, maybe just a bit of Sims3 and like... I'm going to install linux on it...

I have to choose between

Asus K52jt-Sx657d

NB HP G6-1268SL

The first one works fine (and is cheaper), but i fear the ATI graphic card could have problems with linux... The second one is good, but it's 100 euros more...

What do you suggest to me?

We can't make this decision for you. Shopping recommendations are off topic (see FAQ) – but in general, I don't think Linux (which distribution?) would have a problem with the graphics card. – slhck Nov 16 '11 at 10:29
Welcome to Superuser but please read the FAQ - especially the part about shopping questions and buying recommendations. – RedGrittyBrick Nov 16 '11 at 10:29
