Super User is a question and answer site for computer enthusiasts and power users. It's 100% free, no registration required.

When I heard Yahoo! was killing Delicious I adopted Google Shared Items. Now Google+ has killed that option.

What's a reliable alternative bookmark solution? I want an RSS feed of my bookmarks, tagging, notes, etc. I don't want to use browser-based solutions because I use lots of browsers on lots of computers.

Take a look at Pinboard (http://pinboard.in). It offers RSS-feeds, tags and notes. And many other features (full-text search, archiving, integration with other services etc.). There's also a delicious-API and native clients for managing bookmarks.

It's not free, there's a signup fee (~10$).
