For some reason I can not change the permament password associated with a teamviewer installation, but I need to retrieve it...

I looked into HKCU\Software\Teamviewer but without result...

Where does teamviewer save the permament password? In the registry on in a file?

And let's assume we found it, can I get the password or it's encrypted?

Well, I assume it's encrypted. Why not elaborate on why you can't change it? Or why you need it, if you can't change it. – slhck Nov 18 '11 at 15:39
because the computer I need to retrieve the password is shared by some users and if I change the password the others won't be able to login.. – Marcx Nov 18 '11 at 16:05
