I'm looking for a personal finantial software capable of tracking installments (since I make lots of them).

Mint.com does not work outside US or Canada, so it's not an option.
I tried YNAB but this is not a feature of this software.

Any suggestions?

If after a few days you don't get enough useful answers here, you might consider flagging your own question and requesting it be moved to money.stackexchange.com . On the other hand, the people on Super User are often quite good at recommending software. :) – daxelrod Nov 18 '11 at 18:17

Using Google for a quick search, I found a few sites/software that I think would suit your needs.

There is InvestPlus checkout the features page (it probably has way more than you'd ever need, as it wasn't designed for personal use).

I will continue to search for more software solutions, adding them as I find them.

MoneyDance is a good option, and has versions for Windows, Mac, & Linus + iPhone and iPad apps.
