Please let me know where can I download HP Quality Center 10.0.

I want to install HP Quality Center 10.0 on my local laptop and want to have hands on practice on the tool.

Please also let me know how can I setup connectivity between database and quality center.

Please suggest me with any guiding materials. and tutorial sites
