Hey guys I have been trying to solve a problem with my headset, I hear a buzzing annoying sounds all the time. I don't think it's my microphone because it's brand new and when I unplugged the microphone I still hear that sounds, from the headsets and from the speakers.

I'm thinking maybe it's because my pc is connected to a 42 plasma TV with a VGA cable and not a HDMI. I have updated all the sound driver. So I don't know what to do now. I even reinstalled Windows 7

duuude , you did not even tell how or what is connected , or where the headset is connected. None of us are there , and few of us are psyciks. What is the connection path? what is the type of headset? describe the sound better, there are many different types of buzzes. does the sound ever change relative to levels or other operations? Did you try adjusting or muting ALL other inputs? – Psycogeek Nov 22 '11 at 15:59
