When I read a PDF inside of chrome and use the scrollwheel, the scrollbar stays at it's previous position. If I hover on the scrollbar after having mousewheeled, the scrollbar updates its position correctly. The scrollbar dragging works fine.
This is particularly irritating when I want to know where I am in the PDF after having scrolled up and down.
I have just updated chrome to version 15.0.874.121.
If this linked with the adobe acrobat ? Or is chrome PDF reader independant ? How can I fix the bug ?
