Often i have 10x-30x slower than my usual 12Mbps streaming speed when watching videos on YouTube. And sometimes the speed is at my full bandwidth. Since my ISP offers "gaming package" which reduces the number of nodes the data has to travel and improves ping times i was wondering if this package can help me skip let's say 1, 2, 3 or more of a (let's suppose) total of 30 nodes that are overloaded/throttled and stream data at my full bandwidth?
