I have Sony Steadyshot dsc-w550 camera. The problem is I can see all recorded videos INSIDE camera only. When accessing via USB cable, I see only photos.

  • Tried to show hidden files. No success!
  • Tried to access it from different PCs. No success. Same situation!

There is 1 method left only: To read the memory card without camera. I didn't try it yet. But I wanna know, the reason of this issue. Any suggestions?

That camera has both Internal and External memory, can you access both? Which OS are you using? Are you using the Sony software that comes with the camera? – techie007 Nov 26 '11 at 15:56
Didn't tested card memory yet. There is no video inside internal memory. OS is windows 7 ultimate. Another pc has win 7 too. I have no software for it – Tural Teyyuboglu Aliyev Nov 26 '11 at 16:06
