I am using Win 7 x64. Every process that I open (chrome / IE / outlook / etc.) takes about 20 seconds to connect to the internet, but only at the first connection they initiate. It just 'hangs' and releases.
If I open a new tab in chrome, after the first 20 seconds, everything is fine.
I tried monitoring the internet connection with Fiddler, the problem is that the problem disappears when fiddler is running
