I am using InDesign CS2 and importing an image into a graphics box with crop to trim ticked. But when I PDF it the image shows outside the frame area. Using distiller and acrobat pro 7.0 there does not seem to be a way to crop the PDF and delete what is not needed.
After all my searching on web I have not yet found a fix.
