My server install centos 5.x that based on glibc 2.5.x, I have an application that require glibc 2.6 to run, so is it possible to setup chroot environment based on centos 6 with newer glibc on centos 5? I had tried follow this http://geek.co.il/wp/2010/03/14/how-to-build-a-chroot-jail-environment-for-centos with centos-release-6-xyz.rpm but a bad magic number error was thrown when I tried to install rpm package.
