apache (don't send) error message on every system restart

I am getting this error message every time I restart my machine.

Here is the screenshot that will describe my problem properly.

How can I solve this problem.

I am having Windows XP professional SP3 on my machine with apache 2.2. Let me know if you need any more config details for solving this problem.

	If you look in the event logs you may find a better description of why it failed. Does it start properly after this? – Paul Dec 1 '11 at 6:04
