At my company, we have recently upgraded to Windows 7, and during this time we have configured folder redirection.
Following this, we have encountered an issue where user's documents are disappearing. Upon checking on the Desktop's Sync Center, there have been issues where, according to the machine, the file has been deleted or renamed on the server (this hasn't occurred in reality) and it waits for the resolution to be confirmed (users do not know about this). The issue only appears to take effect when the user is logged in on multiple machines.
