Is it possible to see the output of java applets when using Firefox with the IcedTea plug-in? I assume that there is some kind of console like the oracle (sun) java plug-in?

I'm using:

  • Ubuntu 11.04
  • FireFox 8
  • IcedTea 1.1.1.

If yes, how?

Edit:

My current workaround is to run firefox from the terminal. This will echo all applet messages.
