My THOMSON ST585 suddenly won't automatically connect to the internet after it's restarted or the DSL connection disconnects and reconnects. i.e. the 5th "Internet" lamp shuts down. So I have to go to the SpeedTouch config panel, go to [Broadband Connection], and manually click the button "Connect" in the "Internet" section.
Before, no matter what happened; the PC or the router reset, it would connect automatically. I run programs that need constant internet connection at night, and it's irritating to wake up and find there that the internet connected had been disconnected after say a brief electricity cut-off.
How can I make the router connect automatically to the internet?
