any examples on how to do this if I don't have a GUI tools to customize a GTK theme? I run GNOME 3 in fallback mode, and it's crippled, if you know what I mean xD
By the way, even though it's GNOME 3 I need to change tooltip background color for a GTK+2 theme because most of the software still uses GTK+2.
