Possible Duplicate:
Automatically copy files to USB drive when connected

I have some Windows computers and an application I want installed on them (I want it in the users home directory, so I don't need to fix root access for the usb stick), but I would like it to be easy as just plugging the usb-stick, wait a second, and then it will be done. I have autorun enabled on all of them.

So, how can one plug the usb stick in the computer, autorun automatically copies some files to a place in the users home directory, and then is done?

Well, that's basically what a virus does. – slhck Dec 9 '11 at 13:00
@slhck yeah, but I'd like to not get one of them. – fromhet Dec 9 '11 at 13:03

By default Windows has disabled auto run of usb drives to prevent infections and the spread of them, so enabling this feature will defeat this purpose. – Moab Dec 9 '11 at 17:11

The should be easily accomplished with an autorun.inf and a batch script. Use the autorun.inf to launch you batch file that contains your copy operations.
