Issue with Mac and placing screen above main monitor with Synergy

Question

I tried to find this in other questions but could not find anything so here it is:

• Server is Mac running 10.7.2
  • screen 1
    • is the main screen with the menu bar
    • 1920x1200
    • 17inch
  • screen 2
    • 1920x1200
    • 24inch
• Second Machine is Win 7 SP1
  • Screen 1
    • 1680x1050
    • 22inch

Issue:

When I have my Mac set up with the monitors offset as it is physically arranged set in display preferences I can't go up from Mac screen 1 to the Windows 7 machine using Synergy. Additionally, I can't configure it to go from Mac screen 2 left to Win 7. Is this a limitation of the software or my settings? I have the issue in Synergy 1.3.8 and 1.4.5 on both machines.
