It's not a question for this forum. That said, do you have Time Machine performing backups? – Brett Hale Nov 22 '11 at 18:38
yes i have time machine on external HHD but i use that only few times not always on i mean :P – Ispuk Nov 27 '11 at 1:57
It is important not to save any new data to the machine! Disconnect it and run the recovery using another machine! or your doomed.. – ppumkin Dec 16 '11 at 9:22

I have used Mac data recovery software to recover deleted files on Mac. this software also recover lost data from accidentally formatted HFS+, HFSX, FAT16, FAT32 volumes. This software can also recover files, which have been accidentally emptied from Trash. First, you can download free demo version of this software, where you can view list of recovered data. If you find your deleted or lost data in recovered data list then you can use full version of this software to save recovered data.

Yes- but installing the software on the partition the file was deleted.. will over write the deleted file. DOH! USE ANOTHER COMPUTER FOR RECOVERY! – ppumkin Dec 16 '11 at 9:23
