I'm having an issue with TuneUP Utilities 2012. When I try to uninstall it from add/remove programs, the following window appears

dialogue

If I click yes, nothing happens. The window doesn't disappear.

If I click no, the window disappears.

Any suggestions?

Have you tried reinstalling it first, maybe an update was released since that addressed this issue? – Daniel Beck Dec 17 '11 at 19:17
updated to newest version, no success – Tural Teyyuboglu Dec 17 '11 at 19:27

You could try one of these third-party uninstallers (all freeware):

All this uninstaller tries to execute original uninstaller at first. And original uninstaller gives screen that I shared. "Yes" is not clickable – Tural Teyyuboglu Apr 21 at 15:13

Just let it sit for a while, I hit uninstall, and then continued researching the issue, and when I came back to it after a minute or two, it started the uninstall process.
