Add “create git repository here” using “Git GUI” context menu entries for Windows?

following on this question:

"Git GUI" context menu entry for Windows 7 64 bit

Is is possible to add (once git+ git gui is installed) to the context menu the ability to: "create git repository here"?

Since this is the only function I need turtoise-git beyond git extensions - I am curious if it is possible to have it through open++
