My router's telnet and ssh are disabled. It's a ISP supplied router so ISP disabled them.

Is there a way to enable telnet on a telnet-disabled router?

It's an Airties RT-204.

Make & model of your hardware, could be useful. –  haimg Dec 19 '11 at 23:19

It can't be configured from web-interface. So I don't think model of hardware would be useful. I'm looking for an alternative solution. Anyway it's Airties RT-204 –  Leadri Dec 19 '11 at 23:33

Some routers can be accessed via serial or JTAG interface, you may have better luck with these (especially if you can solder and not afraid to pry your device open). –  haimg Dec 19 '11 at 23:46

"From the Web UI you can access all of the devices configuration options including wireless settings. For more detailed information about the Web UI please see the User Manual for the individual products." - Paste from their web site. From this quote, I would question wether you can set this at all if you can't set it from the Web UI. –  OG Chuck Low Dec 20 '11 at 0:19

As I said it's an edited version of RT-204. ISP supplied version. And ISP disabled telnet and ssh. I'm looking for a workaround, a trick etc.. –  Leadri Dec 20 '11 at 2:00
