Are there third-party add-ins for Outlook 2007 to implement reliable email sorting (rules)?

Question

For a few years I have been using Outlook rules to sort emails into specific folders, but now with more heavy use and copying my pst file between machines I have rules which do not auto-run reliably, although they work when run manually. (I have unchecked 'On this machine'). I would like to pay for a good add-in that gives me more control over this type of email sorting. Can anyone recommend solutions? Thanks.
