How to install softwares in Ubuntu 11.10 without internet connection ?

The same way that one installs them without shoes, or a dining table, or a rabbit. I suspect that your first downvoter's immediate reaction is the same as mine: What softwares? From where? Why is the presence of an internet connection relevant to these specific softwares? Your question is so woolly and ill-constructed that it can have no real answer. – JdeBP Dec 24 '11 at 16:08

You go on the machine that has internet access, go to packages.ubuntu.com, find the package you need, download the package from mirrors, then copy the package to a portal device you can connect to your non-connected computer, then use dpkg to install that package. This is not recommended unless there is a very good reason why. – Rilindo Dec 24 '11 at 18:21
