I am trying to pair a ps3 controller to a bluetooth dongle that I have. I am encountering issues with my new pc due to its internal bluetooth card. Whenever I try to pair the controller, all it sees is the internal bluetooth and not the dongle. This wouldn't be an issue except that the internal card does not have the features required to work with the controller. I was wondering if there was a way to turn off or disable the internal bluetooth while allowing the dongle to continue to function. I tried going into the device manager and disabling the atheros bluetooth bus, but this did not do anything that I noticed and am not sure if that is something I should be trying. OS:windows 7, laptop: acer aspire 4830tg. Thanks.
