I'm trying to switch to a new Blackberry device using the 'Switch Device' functionality in Blackberry Device Manager.
The backup form my old device worked fine, however when restoring to my new device the progress bar hasn't moved from it's initial position for over an hour.
Is this usual? I can understand it taking a while, but the fact the progress bar hasn't moved is odd.
