Is there any possibility to be a way or software to convert Android software to Symbian one (especially Nokia-N8-Cellphone-Symbian^3)?

Only if you have the source code to the application in question. – Ramhound Dec 28 '11 at 12:05

Questions on Super User are expected to generally relate to computer software or computer hardware, within the scope defined in the faq.

There is no feasible way that an end-user can move an app from an Android phone to a Symbian phone and have it work. Symbian phones appear to lack an Android emulator and there appears to be no conversion tools available.

It is very likely that there are fundamental differences in the way Android and SYmbian require applications to behave.

As Ramhound commented, the normal way to convert an application is for the owner of the source code to "port" the software from one "platform" to the other. This is usually not a trivial process and probably involves investing a considerable amount of time from a team of software developers.
