I have an DELL Inspiron N5010 with Windows 7 Professional x64.Now I'm trying to reinstall Windows 7 Professional x64 on it. I've done this a hundred times but now I'm stuck with a problem. After copying windows files it reboots. And it doesn't have any problem with Ubuntu 10.4. What is the reason behind it?

We need more information... The Windows installation will automatically reboot a couple times. It should be able to continue as long as the installation media (e.g. DVD) is still present. Is this not the case? How far does it get? – iglvzx Dec 29 '11 at 8:16
Are you installing Windows 7 from a recovery image or from your original Windows 7 installation disc? – ahmed Dec 29 '11 at 13:47
What do you mean by Ubuntu 10.4? Do you have it already installed and you are trying to create a dual-boot setup? Give more details please about the context and the exact errors you encounter. – Corporate Geek Dec 29 '11 at 16:44
