I am trying to make a small LAN on my home using laptop, router and telephone which is connected to VoIP adapter to convert its analog data to digital.

The telephone has an IP address equivalent to 192.168.1.10. I need to configure the telephone through the laptop.

The laptop has an IP address 192.168.1.2 and its gateway is 192.168.1.1.

The problem now is that i can not access the telephone from the laptop and I can not identify the reason for this.
