convert IMG with CUE to MP3 (or maybe others, like FLAC, OGG, …)

Question

I'm searching for some tool which can convert some IMG+CUE file to MP3 (or other formats).

It should be:

easy-to-use (i.e. preferable a GUI; or if console-only, straight-forward to use, without diving deep into any documentation)
cross-platform or MacOSX
Open Source (or if non-existing: Freeware)

The IMG file extension does not normally denote the audio file format, but it rather denotes an image container file format. You should look for a tool to extract the IMG instead.
@TomWijsman: IMG usually is a CD-image. And in this case an audio CD.
Don't draw assumptions about a file format, because they usually are not true. I'm just saying that the right term here is not "convert" but rather "extract" or given your context "ripping". Using this last term you can easily find results on Google... :)
@TomWijsman: When there is a CUE file which defines separate tracks on the image, I'm quite sure that it is an audio CD. What else do you expect? Also, I already tried to Google with no results.
I wouldn't be so sure, CUE syntax and examples show otherwise. It's just data extraction. As you are unaware of how a CUE sheet works, let me explain: You first extract the audio data from the IMG file, this can be simply done by mounting the IMG file with any mounting tool and doing a (lossless) audio rip of it. Then, you can use the CUE sheet to split the audio file. Audio ripping software and CUE splitting software are wild spread on Google, don't search for the IMG and CUE combination because they don't have anything to do with each other...

One solution (not as easy as I wished but still the only solution at all so far):

Install bchunk. (On Mac e.g. via Homebrew: brew install bchunk.)
Rip the data:
```
bchunk -w Image.bin Image.cue audio
```
This should create a bunch of files called audioXX.wav.
Then use some other tool to convert it further. E.g. use lame (on Mac via Homebrew: brew install lame):
```
for i in audio*.wav; do lame --preset extreme "$i" "`basename "$i" .wav`".mp3; done
```
