i am developing sites that needs to be formated for mobile devices. because i don't have all the devices (like iphone, android, htc, evo, blackberry, ipad, nokia etc...) i would like a tool (like http://www.deviceanywhere.com or similar) that can simulate a phone and then i can go on internet to see how the website looks like.

is there a tool like device anywhere (which is expensive for me) that can do this?

on windows and/or linux

edit: i have a budget for this, but free is better!

There is unlikely anything free that lets you simulate all those devices. – Ramhound Jan 4 at 20:22
@Ramhound it's OK if it's not free, I'm just not looking to pay something that is expensive if I can get something else for cheaper – aki Jan 4 at 20:34
For the most part, you shouldn't need simulators. Read up on the documentation for the mobile browsers and then write your CSS accordingly. – iglvzx Jan 4 at 20:50

@iglvzx and how you QA it? how can you be sure it's gonna be OK and it will work properly? – aki Jan 4 at 21:03
