It's probably a power management driver problem. Maybe you should contact their customer service to get a better version. – billc.cn Jan 7 at 23:00
I've searched the device manager and i couldn't find the driver you mentioned did i miss something ? – major Jan 10 at 4:15
It may be hidden in the non-plug-and-play device category and it normally relies on a SMBus driver to communicate with the motherboard. Check if you have both of them. The former may have a very strange name, so you may have to google for it. – billc.cn Jan 10 at 14:41
