I am interested in creating 3D models of houses and their interiors. I've heard of Autodesk's Revit Architecture and Chief Architect Software's Chief Architect, although there may be other softwares too. What things should I be looking for in such softwares? What features should I be looking for as mandatory? And what features are merely desirable? Are there any cross-product standards for such things? If so, what are they?
