I want to build something similar to the Panic Status Board. In their implementation they are using a wall mounted Samsung LFD Monitor (460UXN-2) which has a built XP Embedded PC that is running a browser to display the html status board.

The Samsung LFD is a bit too pricey for me, so I am looking for alternatives below 30 inch in size. It would be nice if the PC would be integrated.
