Is there a way to specify the thumbnail cache location in ubuntu for a specific external drive? For example, one ext-HDD I have has only multimedia files, and I like the current thumbnails I have for it. Is it possible to move those thumbnails to the drive itself so that even if I plug it into any other Ubuntu machine I'd get the same thumbnails?
I suppose the solution might also be something like what Windows does (thumbs.db), if Nautilus can support something like that...
