I downloaded Firefox and installed in my directory (instead of /Applications since I don't have admin rights). How can I find out where the plugins folder is located?

The plugins folder is located at:

~/Library/Application Support/Firefox/Profiles/[profile name]/extensions

Actually, I had to use ~/Library/Application Support/Firefox/Profiles/[profile name]/plugins on my machine (10.9.1, Firefox 26). –  Julian D. Jan 31 '14 at 9:54

An easy way to find it is to click on Help>Troubleshooting in the top toolbar. You will see a page that links to your various profile data files/folders.
