I'm having light RSI issues in both wrists and I'm looking for best setup from RSI perspective. Is it pragmatic and healthy to alternate between devices at home and work? I use Apple keyboard and thumb trackball at work. Should I try using Microsoft Natural 4000 and index finger trackball at home? Or perhaps it's better to stick to one keyboard and trackball?

If you want suggestions from an RSI perspective, then you should ask at a place where RSI experts hang out. We do computer problems here. :) fitness.stackexchange.com perhaps? – techie007 Jan 18 at 21:10
there are a lot of RSI related questions here and almost none at finess SE. – Nazgob Jan 18 at 21:26
