Is there a way to specify a reverse 'wildignore' parameter in vim?

Basically, I want to ignore every folder except 'x', 'y', and 'z'. My use case requires me to be in a folder with many many irrelevant folders, which I'd like to ignore.

It's mostly for Command-T.
