I have a macbook which have dual OS of OS X lion and Windows 7 installed on the internal hard drive.

I installed rEFIt to switch between OS, Now I have an external hard drive with Ubuntu 10.04 and Backtrack 4 installed, also with grub2 installed on the external hard drive

The problem is when I tried to boot into this hard drive using rEFit, it recognizes the drives with Penguin Linux Icon, but whenever I tried to boot into the linux icon, the windows installation on my internal hard drive takes over the boot process

So in a nutshell, using rEFIt

OS X lion (internal) | Windows 7 (Int) | Linux ( Ext)

I boot to linux, Windows take over the boot.

Any suggestion on how should I boot to my external drive without being taken over by Windows installation?
