Folders in Windows Vista mail to Windows 7 mail

I'm trying to find my mail folders from Vista. I upgraded to windows 7 without saving my internet mail folders.How do I find the folders in windows 7 ultimate windows live sbcglobal mail? or gmail?

I can find e-mail databases here in general for many programs by search wildcard. say I had e-mail accounts called Jibber@kioil.com I would try searching for *jibber*.* the * will replace anything or nothing in the search. Depending on how the database is stored, variations of a search for the e-mail name should work for many e-mail programs. Databases might have an extention of .D?? like .DBX or similar
