I set up a couple of limited user accounts in my machine and I would like to restrict some of their rights, such as:

  • Not being able to access a specific directory
  • Not being able to change the system time.

Also they should not be able to do the above tasks through command prompt.

If they are not Power User, then by default they can't change the system time. If they can, check your local group policy for user rights assignment. As for the first one? You sure you've not heard of a new kind of tool called search engines? I was told they're quite quite useful. goo.gl/rn0TK – billc.cn Jan 21 at 23:01
