I'm using three keyboard layouts under Windows XP: USA, Italian and Russian. The problem is simple - when I resize the taskbar, I'm unable to switch my layout with shortcut and clicking on it neither. After some time the switching is ok again.
The original computer user(i'm a friend) said also, that it happens not only when resizing taskbar.
