I cannot connect to any VPNs using the built-in Vista Connect To. I have disabled services in the past, soI wonder if it that is the reason. (If so, which services should I enable?)

I doubt this is the fault of my firewall (disabling it doesn't help) or my AV (which I also tried disabling).
