I pretty sure that windows 7 is allowed to be installed as a virtual machine using something like VMWare, or virtual box, but is it legal to create a Windows 7 image, and then host it using a private cloud. Its technically only installed on one machine, but instances of the vm can be created by several users a once - will this violate some policy?
What about software? Say the original image had something like Adobe software on it, would this violate other policies?
