I've got a Gmail account which I connect to using Outlook 2010 using IMAP.
I have a problem where I have 3 items in the outbox, but when I click Send/Receive, Weirdly, it says Sending 5 items (where did the extra two come from?) and looks like it's communicating with the SMTP server After a while, it'll throw the above error.
