I'm looking for a plugin or addon to Google Earth that would allow me to view the path the sun takes as it rises and sets. This would vary based on location, and season, so finding a simple chart probally wouldn't be what I'm looking for.

I'm looking for this because I want to know at what degree sunlight will go through, a window, depending on the season (or specific date).

I've searched Google for something like this, but couldn't find one.

I'm not sure if what you want exists, neither do I fully understand what you want. I suggest you clarify how you'd like this to look. A nadir path is simple, but I don't see how that would help you. A line in the sky (when looking up) (possibly with a moving sun) is a bit more complex, but I still have trouble seeing how that would help you. Perhaps what you want is just a program to compute where the sun appears (azimuth and elevation) at a given time and location? Just a mid-day elevation for a given date and location? – Eroen Jan 30 at 19:27
